Message reads: "My dear girl, We are bachelor girls all fired up in our new quarters room no. 438 Arch St. front next to the house keepers room. This is Founders week and the city is full of stirring. It is just a perfect day and we are going out to Belmont, Fairmount Park. There are services there in memory of the founding of our city. Mrs.Brint sends her love. We wish you were here to join us in the celebrations." Postmark date: October 5, 1908; Message included.
