Elliot House in Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, circa 1970-1987. Postmark date: June 1st, 1987; Message included. Caption reads: "Occupied in 1829, Elliot, a men's honor hall the oldest building on campus and was the oldest building on campus and was the first residence hall. Named after Dr. Charles Elliot, professor of Greek 1849-1863, the hall was twice remodeled. Phi Delta Theta Fraternity was founded in a second floor room in 1848."
