Color image of the hospital at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, circa 1905. Caption reads: "Hospital - University of Virginia, Charlottesville." Reverse caption reads: "The hospital of the University of Virginia, located east of East Range, was begun April 11th, 1900. There is a central administration building, three stories high, containing reception and consultation rooms, offices, etc. Attached to it is one of the best clinical amphitheatres in the country, with operating room adjoining. On each side are wards for 60 beds." Postcard number: 2388.
