Boy Scouts and camping headquarters, Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, New Mexico, circa 1941-1946. Caption reads: "Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, New Mexico. The Camping Headquarters is located four miles south of Cimarron, New Mexico. Boy Scout Groups spend the first twenty-four hours here before going into the high mountains. Here they receive their medical recheck, visit the museum, and make a tour of the ranch." Postmark date: August 5, 1946; Message included.
