White House of the Confederacy, Richmond, Virginia, circa 1915-1930. Caption reads: "The White House of the Confederacy is located at 12th and Clay Streets. It was originally a private residence, but was purchased by the city of Richmond in 1862, and was occupied during the war by President Davis and his family. It is now a confederate museum. Each of the thirteen confederate states having in it a memorial room." Postcard number: 66612.
