Linda Butcher and a co-worker on a break at Dravo Corporation’s Neville Island facility outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Dravo Corporation built barges and tugboats at this plant. When Tabor interviewed Butcher in 1978, she was one of only four or five women in a workforce of 500 employees.
