The sun gallery of the Marlborough-Blenheim Hotel, overlooking the ocean in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Potted plants, wicker furniture and a wooden table decorate the gallery, circa 1915-1919. Postmark date: May 22, 1919; Message included. Message reads: "Am in luck to be in such a place, and am trying very hard to get rested. The boardwalk is just as attractive as ever and though some of the shops are not open, there is plenty to see. Kind regards to Mrs. C. (?) "Aunt Jennie" George "Mr. F." and love to you my dear. From Gertrude"
