This is a photo of a group of female industrial workers who are on a strike aimed at enforcing the National Industrial Recovery Act standards for wages and working conditions. Some of the signs say "We'll strike till we win", "Sweating to make minimum", "Union enforces N.R.A.", "100% No less!", and "Union enforces NRA". The women are standing in front of a brick building with half on the steps and the other half on the sidewalk.
